Dr Bill Truong
FRACGP, MPH & TM, MB BS
Dr Truong graduated from the University of Sydney in 1998. He trained at Westmead Hospital and has spent several years working in the Central Coast and Mid North Coast of NSW.
Working in smaller towns has given Dr Truong valuable experience in comprehensive healthcare including emergency care, paediatrics, cancer care, general medical and surgical care. He also has particular interests in preventative health and public health.
Dr Troung has worked in a sexual health unit and is very sensitive in caring for patients who require help in this area.
In 2008, Dr Truong completed his Master of Public Health and Tropical Medicine with an elective in Travel Medicine as part of his further qualifications.
Dr Vincent Wong
BSc(Med), MB BS(UNSW), FRACGP
Dr Wong grew up in western Sydney and graduated from the University of NSW in 2003. He trained at St George Hospital and Sutherland Hospital.
Dr Wong gained valuable medical experience, working in the developing countries of Vietnam and the Philippines. He trained in trauma medicine and rural community health during this time.
In 2009, Dr Wong completed Specialised General Practice training in South Western Sydney. He spent further time working in far western NSW, as well as the Mid-North Coast of NSW. He is skilled and confident in all areas of General Practice – but has special interests in Skin Cancer Surgery, Migrant Health, Children’s Health, Men’s Health, Family Planning & Contraceptive advice and Management of Chronic Diseases like Diabetes and Asthma.
Dr Dung Lam
MB BS (Hons) (UNSW), FRACGP
Dr Lam graduated from the University of NSW in 2003. He trained at Liverpool Hospital, where he gained valuable experience in internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, emergency medicine and palliative care. He also had the opportunity to work in smaller district hospitals, including the NSW north coast, gaining valuable rural experience.
He completed his General Practice training in Sydney in 2008, and has continued to work in West and South West Sydney. He is experienced in all aspects of General Practice, including children’s health, women’s health, preventative healthcare, chronic disease management, and general family health care. He has a special interest in geriatric medicine and palliative care.
Dr Steve Truong
MBBS, FRACGP, Grad. Cert. Acupuncture
Dr Truong graduated from Sydney University in 1997. He trained at Westmead Hospital.
Dr Truong spent time working in General Practice in the Central Coast, and has spent the past 10 years as a general practitioner working in Western Sydney. He has an interest and experience in all areas of community and family medicine, and also has hospital experience in geriatric and rehabilitation medicine.
Dr Truong has also completed extra training in Medical Acupuncture to treat a range of different conditions, and is able to provide these services to patients.
Dr Yen Tao
MBBS (Syd Uni), FRACGP, SH + FPA
Dr Tao is a female GP with over 10 years experience in medicine.
Dr Tao graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine/Surgery degree. She completed post-graduate training at Westmead hospital, Auburn hospital, Blacktown hospital, Mt Druit hospital, and Nepean Hospital with extra clinical experience in rural and outer metropolitan hospitals such as Orange, Coffs Harbour, the Gold Coast and Bundaberg.
She went on to complete her General Practice specialty training and has been in general practice for the past many years.
She obtained a certificate in Family Planning.
Dr Tao sees patients for general medical presentations, however, has a particular interest in diabetes and women’s health.
Dr Shana Pathmatheva
MB BS (Syd); FRACGP (Syd)
Dr Pathmatheva is a female GP with over 10 years of experience in medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Sydney.
Dr Pathmatheva is committed to providing a full range of General Practice services, but has a special interest in Women’s Health and Children’s health.
Dr Sabine Chuong
MBBS; FRACGP; DCH
Dr Chuong is an experienced, locally trained, female GP who trained in Sir Charles Gardner hospital W.A, and Westmead hospital and has continued to work in Western Sydney. She sees patients for all general presentations, but has special interest in women’s health, family planning and paediatrics.
Dr Chuong is passionate in her goal of providing preventative health services.
Dr Dachuan (Daniel) Guo
Dr Guo graduated from China Medical University and was trained in China as a General Surgeon initially. He finished his GP training program locally and won the Royal Australian GP College Examination Award in 2013.
Dr Guo is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and interested in all aspects of general practice, particularly on minor surgery, acupuncture, chronic diseases management, travel medicine, etc.
Dr Kaye Xu
MBBS, FRACGP, MMED (Reproductive Medicine)
Dr Kaye Xu is a female General Practitioner. She graduated with an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from Monash University in 2004. After internship and residency, she did extensive training in obstetrics & gynaecology at Westmead and Liverpool hospitals. In 2013, Dr Xu completed a master’s degree (MMed) in Reproductive medicine and Infertility from UNSW.
With a keen interest in Women’s health and Children’s Health, Dr Xu does antenatal shared care with Westmead hospital.
Dr Xu consults in both English and Mandarin.

Dr Philippa Brown
Dr Brown graduated from The University of Newcastle in 1993, training at Royal North Shore Hospital before moving into General Practice.
Dr Brown has over 20 years experience in General Practice. She has worked in Canberra, Newcastle and since 2004 on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. In 2015, Dr Brown made the move to work in Parramatta and has loved the change.
Dr Brown has a particular interest in Women’s Health and Children’s Health, but loves all areas of General Practice and is dedicated to her patients.
Dr Regy Joseph
MBBS; FRACGP (Australia); DCH (Sydney)
Dr Regy is a female GP who obtained her MBBS from India in 1992. She finished her GP training program and obtained FRACGP award from Australia in 2015.
Dr Regy has clinical experience in both India and Australia, speaking English and Malayalam fluently. She has experience in treating all aspects of General Practice.
She has a passion for women’s health, children’s health, travel medicine and chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma and heart disease.
Dr Regy is available on weekends.
Dr Yaduvendra Upmanyue (Dr Monty)
MBBS; FRACGP; MD
Fondly called Dr Monty, he is a fellow of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He graduated from India and gained valuable medical experience in India, United Kingdom and Australia. He has worked in various specialities ranging from Intensive care to general practice and has worked extensively in both rural and urban Australian general practice setting. He holds specialist registration with AHPRA as a GP.
He has wide interest in all areas of General practice and family medicine including Geriatrics, Children and womens health, Dermatology, Musculoskeletal medicine, Chronic disease management like Diabetes, COPD, Asthma and Heart diseases.
He speaks English, hindi and urdu and understands various other subcontinental languages like nepali and punjabi.
He accepts both appointments and walk-ins and is taking new patients. He usually finishes work at 7pm on monday, tuesday and friday and at 2pm on wednesday and thursday.
Dr Charles Obinwanor
MBBS, FRACGP, Dip. Dermatology
Dr Obinwanor graduated from University of Ibadan and trained in skin cancer medicine, advanced dermatoscopy and histopathology at University of Queensland. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians since 2005 and has a Diploma in Dermatology.
Dr Obinwanor has substantial experience in virtually all aspects of family medicine, with special interest in skin diseases, including skin cancer management (clinical and procedural) and chronic disease management and prevention.
